The Oregon Joint Committee on Transportation announced a 2024 listening tour to gather input on how to fund and invest in transportation in 2025. Each stop on the listening tour will include a public hearing to gather input from local communities. There will be 90 minutes of public testimony at each stop.
The next three stops are in Eugene, Coos Bay, and Medford, August 7, and August 8th.
Save the date for your closest hearing, and show up with your two minutes of testimony to let legislators know the importance of regional trails and that you’d like to see more funding for Oregon Community Paths as part of safe, green, and fairly funded transportation networks!
Oregon Trails Coalition is partnering with other Move Oregon Forward campaign partners to offer briefings to help folks know what to expect and prepare their comments. Drop an email to steph.noll@oregontrailscoalition.org if you’d like our testimony guide!
