Description: Stolen, 14.2 hands 8 yr old Morgan Stallion, registered, trained to ride 11/20/22 from.1201 Hampden ln, Salem, OR between hours of 11 am-4 pm. He has a few white hairs in the area where the star would be on a horse. A neighbor was at the property at 11 to feed and turn other horses onto pasture. The neighbor went back at 4 pm and Philbe was gone. He was in his small paddock on the side of the barn. Halter & lead were gone. The suspected vehicle is a 3/4 ton newer model Dodge, dark color black/charcoal/navy, with a white newer two-horse bumper pull trailer. There was also a newer blue Toyota pickup truck, that stayed closer to the road as the possible lookout while the horse was picked up at the pasture. The horse has been reported to Marion County Sheriff’s Office, case #21-27854. Ph: 503-588-5094.
