Join Alina Stasik of the Cavalia Horse Show for her six week trick riding clinic!

Every Thursday 5:00pm – 7:00pm

$975 for 6 weeks

– Ages 7 & up
– Weight limit 135lbs.
– Mandatory helmets
– Athlete shoes preferably ankle support (wrestling shoes, converse, running shoes)
– Stretch pants and form fitting clothes

Week One (Introduction to Trick Riding)
– History of trick riding
– Equipment
– Care of horses and training
– Warm up
– Dry work

Week Two
– History of trick riding part two
– Exploring the different world styles
– Warm up
– Introduction to Balance tricks
– Fenders

Week Three
– Strap safety and equipment
– Warm up
– Importance of timing with your horse
– Recap on balance tricks
– Introduction to drags and hangs

Week Four
– Warm up
– How to properly fall
– Recap on balance tricks
– Recap on drags and hangs
– Vaults

Week Five
– Preforming
– What does it take
– Styling and presentation
– Show Preparation
– Warm up
– Trick riding practice (picking tricks)
– Lineup and run though of the show

Week Six
– Warm up
– Trick riding
– Preparation and run though of show
– Show/Performance
