Halloween WE show

This will be a B-Rated Working Equitation competition, licensed by WE United.

Entry Fee: $225 (OHC Boarders who do not need stabling can request a $100 discount because they don’t need a stall)

Tack Stall: $100

Just-for-fun Leadline modified Ease of Handling: $10

Entry fees include first bag of shavings, and stabling from Friday, 3 pm (honestly — NO EARLIER — if you arrive prior to 4 pm on Friday, please plan to pay a ‘haul in fee’ to OHC and amuse yourself in the main facility rather than coming to the Prairie Arena). Additional bags of shavings can be purchased on site for $10/bag.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING OUTSIDE SHAVINGS IN — we are charged an extra $35 per stall if any outside shavings are used.

Camping is available on site — please make reservations directly with the Oregon Horse Center if you are planning to camp (we do not handle the camping spot reservations at all).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A proliferation of late scratches at our 2019 shows have put a pretty big financial burden on me, personally (because I, personally, underwrite all show expenses). To enable me to continue to offer shows, no refunds will be given for any reason, including inclement weather. (This also means that if your horse needs to be scratched for a vet issue, you will not receive a refund. If you MUST scratch, you are welcome to ‘sell’ your spot to someone who was not able to get in before entries closed — they still need to enter, but we can apply your entry fee to their bill, and you can collect the money from them in return). Sorry about this (I know from personal experience how stressful it can be when a medical issue or something else outside our control makes a scratch necessary, but I also can’t keep absorbing everyone else’s costs).
