4-H Ranch Horse Ropeology Clinic

Fulfill the requirement for entering Ranch Horse classes at Horse Fair. First-year riders and new horses are required to attend two cow clinics or one clinic and provide a video of the horse and rider working with cows.
Instructor – Jack Green
The first session starts at 9:00 am. Each session is limited to 10 participants and runs for about four hours. If the first session of the day fills up, additional sessions for that day will be added.
$20 – cash or check made payable to Clackamas County 4-H Horse Advisory, can be mailed to Kasondra Heilman at 8217 S Schneider Rd, Canby OR 97013. No-shows will not be refunded.
Please read your Ranch Horse Manual and Contest Guide. Bring your Advancement to be signed off at the clinics!
ID Table and Skills Test Knowledge will also be available at each clinic, so bring your camera to get pictures for a further study aide. This is your opportunity to acquire the skills needed for the skills test at fair!
Ropes, back cinches, and breast collars are required. Please let us know at registration if you are having difficulty acquiring any of these items.
