In case some of my friends aren’t aware, a few years ago, I, along with Danna Kimball Kemp and Lauren Pfeiffer, felt compelled to start a non-profit specifically aimed at protecting the Crystal Rilee Park Equestrian Trails. It has been an uphill challenge to maintain the horse and hiker-only use, as its ownership and operation are overseen by the Chehalem Park District. We have made great strides with the help of equestrian voices and support to keep this great resource! I’m asking again for help from the horse community—please take 2 minutes to fill out this survey to help ensure continued use for riding without interruption or danger from mountain bikers!
