This presentation will provide some little understood facts on the reality of fires in animal facilities (especially large animal and horses), including WHY it is so important to have a detection, alarm, suppression, and response plan for both human and animal safety.  A review of NFPA 150 “Fire & Life Safety in Animal Housing Facilities’ will be included.
