Have you ever created a simple solution to an ongoing challenge on your farm that now saves you tons of time as well as streamlines the work process? That’s an “ag hack! During this hour training we provide you with several inexpensive ag hacks that other farms are using to perform their work more efficiently, more safely, and are actually embraced by the workers who use them. We bet you’ve got some great ones to share, too!
Session 2 – Making the most of safety committee meetings (9:30 to 10:30 a.m.)
We all know we’re supposed to be conducting monthly safety meetings on our farm. Do we know how to make those meetings a productive opportunity to promote safety while fulfilling our compliance obligations? This hour training outlines what a compliant safety committee consists of, helps you understand the training your safety members are required to receive, and gives attendees the opportunity for hands-on practice of a live safety committee meeting.
