DESCRIPTION:Mountain View Equine and Terrebonne Horse Club have teamed up to give the community the opportunity to learn or practice working cattle affordable\, in a 2man sorting set up. We strive to keep the environment low key\, stress free and no judgment atmosphere to promote learning and practice. There will be no formal instructor\, but rather the opportunity to learn from each other and through doing and practice. Kimberlee is a recognized Working Equitation Coach in USAWE’s Coaches Network\, has earned her USAWE Pewter\, Bronze\, Silver\, and Platinum Medals. Kimberlee is currently only the third person in the U.S. to have earned a Platinum Medal and the first to earn it with the new stricter requirements through USAWE. A graduate with distinction of the USDF “L” Judge Education Program\, Kimberlee has earned her USDF Bronze and Silver Medals and has nearly completed her Gold.\n\nKimberlee is known for taking “non-traditional” dressage horses up the levels\, and her most recent dressage partner\, RedPrairie Storm (Dales Pony) earned the Reserve Champion placing in the Oregon Dressage Society’s 2021 State Championships in the Training Level Open Division. Kimberlee regularly travels to Portugal to train with World and European WE Champion Gilberto Filipe.\n\nRecognizing that Working Equitation uses dressage principles to create a relaxed\, athletic\, and obedient horse in both traditional dressage work and in dressage through obstacles\, Kimberlee believes that this sport creates the ultimate harmonious relationship with the horse. She enjoys working with all breeds of horses and teaches students from Introductory to Masters in Working Equitation\, and Training Level to FEI in Dressage. Kimberlee judges and teaches clinics in both Working Equitation and Dressage and is based in Corvallis\, Oregon.\n\nEntry Fees:Thursday New-to-WE Clinic Small Group Obstacle Session (4 or fewer people) 90-minute session on Thursday\, followed by open schooling on obstacles once clinic is over (approximately 5 pm) – $150/personThursday Experienced WE Individual Obstacle Session – 30-minute individual session on Thursday\, followed by open schooling on obstacles once clinic is over (approximately. 5 pm) – $75/person. DESCRIPTION:Working Equitation Clinic @Harmony Ridge Equestrian Center\nClinic will be Saturday Match 1st and Sunday March 2nd with AM and PM sessionsEach day is a standalone session with obstacles changing from Saturday to Sunday\nSessions will be a limited number of riders to allow intimate attention for each riding pair.\nEach session will be 2 hours and inside our covered arena\nSessions will be broken down into groups based on Level of riders\, with the goal being similar level riders in the same session.\n\nThere will be sessions open to :\nBrand New to WEHas some Experience in WE\nEstablished at a Level (L1 to L3)\n\nThose wanting to play and learn at the next Level ( L3 is the highest level offered for this Clinic THANKS!)\nIn Hand for baby horses or riders that just want some slow exposer for their new horse/green horse\n\nWe will work on 4 to 6 obstacles\, going over specifics of each one\, rules for competition and common faults that come up.\n\n****Auditors are allowed and welcome!However\, there will be a $25 audit fee per nonrider auditing.
