All types of horses – from seasoned dressage schoolmasters to your favorite trail horse have a place in Working Equitation (WE). This sport combines the finesse and geometry of dressage\, the challenge of various obstacles\, and the adrenaline rush of a speed round! Talk about a ton of fun with your horse and friends….. Well that is WE in a nutshell! \nOur April clinic will be taught by Debbie Parshall\, owner of Harmony Ridge Equestrian Center and experienced WE coach. Debbie’s clinics are a fun and friendly way to introduce you and your horse to the obstacles of WE\, to work on improving what you may already have started on your own\, or to help elevate your skills for competition. Debbie will teach you the correct way to complete each obstacle\, how to approach and depart from obstacles\, and how to navigate a course of obstacles in a way that fosters relaxation for horse and rider. \nCost for the clinic is $150 per rider. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a great learning opportunity at the Oregon Horse Center’s Prairie Arena on the Monday following our March WE show!\n\n\n\nWe’ll have two fabulous clinicians: USAWE Judge Erica Peet and her husband Howard Peet.
